Pottawatomie Lake Number Two is located northeast of Manhattan in the Pottawatomie State Park Region 2. The lake offers great fishing, especially for Channel Catfish, Black Bass, Bluegill, Crappie, Flat-head Catfish, and Walleye. It is 75 acres and is surrounded by 179 acres of wildlife refuge. The scenery consists of predominately riparian timber with some native grass. Camping is also a common recreational activity here.
