Shady Rest Campground offers quite a few grassy campgrounds that are just a short distance away from the lake. The 14 sites are primitive, but have access to vault toilets. Cabins can be rented as well. Anglers here enjoy fishing for black bass, walleye, crappie, catfish, and saugeye. Amenities include boat ramps, picnic tables, a playground, and drinking water.
