This is a popular recreational park. You will find some great views of the state capital building. This trail has lots of small ups and downs. It is a good trail for riders of all experience levels. You will find that a large number of deer reside in the park. Use caution as they can sometimes be on the trail. The trail is marked with orange triangles or triangles with the Capitol symbol. The park also offers softball fields, basketball courts, picnic shelters, and more.
