The Central Heartlands Tour starts near the Tennessee border at Dale Hollow Lake and ends 210 miles north in Carrollton. This adventure has you start at the river town of Carrollton and head south. As you make your way south to Shelbyville, you will travel through quiet, rolling farmland. There is one big climb you will want to be ready for near mile 20. This adventure is marked as one-way but can be done as an out and back journey.
