This long lake is inside Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area. You will find 55,025 acres of 117,874 acres reside in Kentucky. The remainder is in Tennessee. Because of the large is so big, you will not run out of new areas to explore as you can travel along the several bays and by scenic bluffs. The Barkley Canal will connect you to Lake Barkley. Paddlers may experience a strong current here. There are several boat ramps available to launch your vessel. Anglers will find great fishing here. Some of the fish that can be found are crappie, bass, bluegill, and catfish. Moor's Resort Marina is located at the northwest side of the lake.
