The Mississippi River Trail is a seven state bike route that covers over 1000 miles. There are 65 miles of the trail in Kentucky. The first part of this adventure has several narrow bridges and some heavier traffic. Once you leave Wickliffe, the rest of the tour has some gently rolling roads and light traffic. Wickliffe has a motel, restaurants, and groceries. Visitors can camp in the city park with permission.
