Taylorsville Lake State Park offers an excellent opportunity for recreation on both the water and the land. The lake is popular for fishing and boating and the surrounding countryside offers miles of riding trails for exploration. The state park campground features a variety of site options including primitive tent sites, electric hookup sites, and equestrian sites. Sites can accommodate equipment up to 67 feet in length. All sites have picnic tables and fire pits. Additional amenities include restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, a dump station, boat ramp, playground, and more. Sites are $19-$35 per night depending on selection and can be reserved up until a day before arrival.
