This tour of midcoast Maine takes cyclists from the historic town of Rockland out to some scenic points of interest along the coast. The ride travels through charming coastal towns and offers some awesome views of Penobscot Bay and the St. George River. The ride also takes some short side trips out to Port Clyde and Spruce Head Island. The terrain has lots of hills and is moderately challenging making it a good choice for riders with some experience.
