Assateague State Park Campground is a pretty large and open campground. Visitors here enjoy fishing, picnicking, and hiking on the nearby trails. There are two separate beaches here that offer great swimming and sunbathing opportunities as well. Both primitive and electric sites are offered that can accommodate tents and trailers.
