Greenbelt National Park is only twelve miles from Washington, D.C. and is located in suburban Greenbelt, Maryland. The park features a great campground and nine miles of hiking and nature trails. This route follows the perimeter of the park, allowing you to explore the beautiful forest and most of what the park has to offer. There are a few shorter trails that explore the inner sections of the park as well. This is a great place enjoy nature without leaving the city.
