Readily available from the Washington Beltway, L.F. Cosca Regional Park is a deceiving place. Its small size and rather urban setting hide a great network of singletrack. There are a variety of possible routes in this park and this trail circles the perimeter of the parks as well as riding around the shore of the Cosca Lake. There are some good hills, beautiful forest scenery and a river crossing and section paralleling the river. Because of the small park and extensive trail network, it is easy to make this trip a short jaunt in the woods or spend a couple hours exploring all the crisscrossing trails.
