The Middle Patuxent Environmental Area is a 1,021-acre park in Clarksville that is used for educational, research, and recreational opportunities. It is home to over 40 species of mammals as well as numerous other types of wildlife. The park has two main trail sections with two different trails to connect them. This route is a combination of both of these trail loops allowing you to experience all that the park has to offer. Beautiful views and scenery are found throughout but especially near the river.
