The Patuxent River Park offers a varied network of trails suitable for cyclists of all skill levels. Winding singletrack throughout the park offers visitors a unique glimpse into the pristine natural beauty and biodiversity of the Chesapeake Bay region. This trail does not have any significant elevation changes which makes it great for all riders. You will ride through the forest with minimal ups and downs and also pass an open field and visit the Patuxent River. The Jug Bay area of the river is a great place to stop for a swim and is accessible from the parking area.
