This trail is located in New Germany State Park and follows wide, color-coded cross-country ski trails. This is a pleasant walk along Poplar Lick Run, a babbling stream offering many opportunities to stop and enjoy the woods. You will be hiking through wooded areas with few opportunities for long views of the landscape but the scenery is stunning with hemlocks, mountain laurel, rhododendron, ferns, and azaleas gracing the trails. This route begins on the Yellow Trail, continues onto the Three Bridges Trail, and briefly visits the Purple Trail to connect to the Green Trail to end the trip.
