This area is a tidal brackish environment and along the way you will enjoy saltwater marshland, some beautiful but small sandy beaches, and forests of pine. Heading south along the western side of Prospect Bay you will pass Kirwan Creek, which is fun to explore since there is very little development, Narrows Point where there are wetlands, forests, and beaches where you can take a break, and you will circle Parsons Island which also has some sandy and rocky beaches where you can take a break. If you are looking for a longer excursion, head into Crab Alley Bay and visit Johnson Island and Little Island.
