Red Oak Loop is part of the St. John's Rock Offroad Vehicle Trail. It is a 2 mile loop open to snowmobiles during the winter. Riders must have a registered ORV with the Department of Natural Resources. A daily use permit is required for parking and can be purchased at https://compass.dnr.maryland.gov/DnrCompassPortal
