Located in Green Ridge State Forest, this is a pleasant, sometimes challenging hike featuring more than a dozen stream crossings, a few rugged ascents through pine forest, and expansive mountain views. There are a few steep and challenging ascents but none are sustained for more than 150 feet. During spring, be prepared for muddy conditions along Pine Lick. The area is managed for hunting; check for season dates.
