This campground is located in a remote area of the Hiawatha National Forest on Michigan's upper peninsula. The campground is within close proximity to the Indian River and multiple small lakes that provide excellent fishing and paddling. The campground includes individual family sites that can accommodate tents and RV camping. The sites are equipped with picnic tables, fire rings, and grills at select sites. Vault toilets, drinking water, and a boat ramp are also located within the campground. Some of the waterfront sites can be accessed by boat. The cost per site is $18 per night. Some sites can be reserved before arrival and others are available on a first-come, first-serve basis only.
