This slow moving river is a tributary to the Meramec River. This most common time to fish and paddle in the spring. Anglers come here to fish for bass. The river has lots of bends and twists. It goes for almost 100 miles but only covering an area of 27 miles in Franklin County. The starting point of this float is at the Mayers Landing Access and ends at the Union Access.
