Located just below the Chain of Rocks Bridge near the Mississippi River, this short nature hike provides lots of opportunity for enjoying nature and solitude as it wanders through dense forest providing great views of the bridge. The hike is just over a mile and very flat making it a good choice for beginner hikers and young children. There are also multiple other trails within close proximity of the nature trail and Chouteu Island that can be used for hiking and biking along the river and canal.
