This trail is rugged and hilly with some technical parts. The trail follows along south of the Meramec River. You will pass through three parks. You will start at Lone Elk County Park, go through Castlewood State Park and ends up at West Tyson County Park. Since this trail is out and back, make sure to keep your eyes out for other riders going the opposite direction.
