Road Biking

These two trails connect together. If hiked at sunset, you can enjoy the beautiful colors that the waters take on. They offer great views where the Montana streams, Missouri, and Mississippi rivers come together. Make sure to bring mosquito repellent for the River's Edge Trail. There can be some muddy sections on the trail after it rains. You can see birds almost anytime, but specially in the spring and fall. Some of these birds include pelicans, swans, ducks, geese and egrets. In the last few years, Bald eagles have been sighted and nested in some of the larger trees. Road biking is available only on the Confluence Trail section.
