There are two sections to the trail. This mapped trail is the west section of the park. This section is rockier and more technical. It is curvy and flows well. The end of the trail is very technical. Most people may have to walk a part of it. The trail is sandy and rocky which makes it nice after rain because the trail dries fast. There is an eastern loop available that is easier called the Hogsback Trail.
