This popular paddling and fishing lake is less than 3 miles from the Mississippi River. The lake is stocked with bass, bluegill and catfish. There are shaded picnic sites, hiking trails and equestrian trails available. When the river is high, the road floods and cuts off access to the area. Electric motors are the only motors allowed on the lake.
