This mapped adventure of the Salt River will start at the conservation area and will connect to the Mississippi River. You will travel down the Mississippi about 1.5 miles before you will find the boat ramp on your right. It will be past the 54 Bridge in Louisiana. The river is generally slow unless there have been heavy rains or water release from the Mark Twain Lake Dam.
