The Jewel Park Trail lies on the edge of Bellevue, which is just south-east of Omaha. It is a narrow, dirt singletrack that has a mixture of climbs and fast descents. It's nestled within a clump of trees that are covering a small hill, providing plenty of tree cover. Due to the narrowness, log crossings, and potential hazardous speeds, this is not suitable for beginners on bikes. Hikers and bikers both use the route, so be cautious. Access and parking are good as well as being close to inner-city conveniences.
