Platte River State Park is situated on the Plate River at about the halfway point between the cities of Lincoln and Omaha. The area offers some good scenery and opportunities for recreation on land and water. The state park features over 50 rental cabins which include modern cabins, camping cabins, and glamping cabins. The amenities vary depending on the cabin unit but may include kitchens, bathrooms, beds, air conditioning, linens, screened in porches, and more. Picnic tables and fire rings are located outside the cabins. The cost per night will vary depending on the unit selected but ranges between $45-$185 per night.
