A popular trek for mountain bike users, the Swanson Park trail is also home to the ongoing "Psycowpath Mountain Bike Race". It provides continuous ups and downs at mild elevations and although technical at times, it's worth while for multiple skill levels. The trail can get rough at times as it winds tightly through trees with many twists and turns.
