This route follows a fast flowing singletrack along the Cumberland River. The trail surface is mostly smooth with occasional roots and rock gardens to navigate. There are several connector trails making it possible to shorten your ride in many places. Trails are numbered with signs. Riding is allowed from 8am to 10pm and closed during wet conditions.
