The High Point Multi-Use Trail is a partially paved, partially natural surfaced track that parallels High Point Road through Mason Neck State Park, and connects this park with the Mason Neck National Wildlife Refuge. Straightforward, serene, and virtually flat, this track begins at the Visitor Center and moves through the forest until it eventually intersects High Point Road outside of the Wildlife Refuge. Bikers may choose whether to return on the trail, or to take High Point Road back to the parking area.
