St. Mary's Falls | Augusta County, Virginia

This path follows an old fire road along the edge of the St. Mary’s River, making many impromptu fords and gorgeous views from the bottom of the gorge. Part of the St. Mary’s Wilderness Area, this lower fork of the St. Mary’s River has some of the most beautiful cascades and jungle-like grottoes in the region.
