Beginning from the parking area at Paddy's Cove Ln, the trail follows a creek bed until veering left up the rocky slopes of Johnny's Knob. Soak up the views along the ridge line and keep your eyes peeled for wildlife as the trail follows the ridge up past Three High Heads, the rocky outcroppings that give this mountain its name.
