The Tri-County rail-trail follows Hwy 2 and is a popular multi-use trail for ATVs, snowmobilers, and mountain bikers. This section travels through a variety of terrain that is a mix of heavily wooded scenery, and open farmland. The surface is hard-packed and is easy in difficulty. Gas and services are available in Moquah and Iron River.
