This staging area for this route begins at the Albany Recreation Fee Parking Lot and follows a groomed route on Forest Road 517. It connects to another trail for additional riding. The trail system is maintained by the Wyoming Department of State Park and the local snowmobile club. The grooming season runs December through March but riding can continue into May. A resident and non-resident permit is required on all machines.
