Located in North Central Wyoming, this route follows the slow-moving Bighorn River from Basin to Greybull. Except for a couple of sections, most of the land along this stretch of the river is private. Even though this is private land, most of it is farmland and there are only a few homes that can be seen from the river. There are numerous wildlife viewing opportunities along this stretch including, waterfowl, deer, turkeys, and even mink. The boat ramps in both Basin and Greybull are well maintained and have bathrooms.
