Beginning from the Overlook Parking Area, this route begins on Flagstaff Road on a groomed route and ends at Black Rock Parking Area. The trail system is maintained by the Wyoming Department of State Park and the local snowmobile club. The grooming season runs December through March but riding can continue into May. A resident and non-resident permit is required on all machines.
