This high mountain lake is a remote spot accessed from the scenic Beartooth Highway and offers a beautiful setting for outdoor recreation. The lakes shores are lined with sections of both lodgepole pine as well as open meadows great for spotting wildlife. Other activities at the lake include fishing, camping, picnicing, and hiking.
