This route is a spur that breaks off the Beartooth Highway. The highway is groomed but the spur explores backcountry terrain that is ungroomed. The trail system is maintained by the Wyoming Department of State Park and the local snowmobile club. The grooming season runs December through March but riding can continue into May.
