Located in the Teton Range, this route climbs up the north ridge of Mt Woodring from Leigh Canyon. The mountain has a north face that is concave and a northwest face. This route climbs the ridge between these two faces directly to the summit along good rock. To reach the summit, climbing over steep slabs is necessary. For an easier route down, follow the southwest slopes toward Holly Lake and then follow the Indian Paintbrush Canyon trail east toward the beginning.
