Climbing up the western V of Rock of Ages, the Stettner route begins in a narrow chimney about 50 feet west of black water stains on the rock. After climbing the chimney and exiting on an open wall to a grassy shelf, the route follows the steep ledges of the right section of the V to the summit. Use caution, as there may be some rotten rock on this route.
