White Mountain is a large area open to all vehicles that explore high desert vegetation of rolling hills. Spring is the best time to visit but it is open year-round. Primitive camping is available. There is a 96db noise limit and a spark arresting exhaust silencer or end cap is required for all vehicles as well as a current Wyoming ORV permit.
