A long approach leads to Window Peak, which divides upper Moran Canyon into the north and south forks. Following around the east side of Leigh Lake and then the west side of Moran Bay on Jackson Lake, this is a gorgeous hike through the wilderness. The route then cuts through a canyon until it begins the climb to the southwest ridge of the peak. While scrambling, stay not he right side of the crest as you follow the ridge to the summit. Consider combining this climb with nearby Cleaver Peak and Dragon Peak.
