This section of Yellowstone Lake follows wooded shoreline and bluffs out to the sandy beaches at Breeze Point. Along the way there are great opportunities to view wildlife including elk, moose, and a variety of bird species. The sandy beaches at Breeze Point are a great spot to stop and explore before heading back to the put-in site. The winds can become strong on the lake in the afternoon so staying close to the shorelines and taking the trip early in the day is advised.
