This section of the 178 mile Black Warrior River begins from the Wolf Bluff boat ramp access area located at the end of county road 15. From here travel south along the banks of this scenic river, taking the opportunity to explore a few of the side sloughs before ending at the Lock Number 5 Public Use Area boat ramp. This trip can be linked with other access points along the Black Warrior River to create longer distance routes if desired.
