The Estrella Mountain Regional Park is a nice option for bikers looking for excellent riding trails in quiet and remote setting. This loop ride follows the Coldwater, Gadsden, and Butterfield trails to complete a fast singletrack loop through the rugged desert park. There are some steep climbs and fast descents along rocky rugged trail resulting in a challenging ride. There are other connecting trails in the area that can be used to add mileage and explore more of the area. The trails are also open to hikers and horseback riders so watch for others along the way.
