This short trail located in the southeastern portion of South Mountain Park travels up rugged Pima Wash to the junction with National Trail. The trail is less traveled than some of the other nearby trails in the park providing hikers with more solitude and more opportunity for viewing wildlife. The trail is fairly level and easily accessible making it a good option for hikers of all levels. There are many connecting trails along the route giving hikers the option of combining trails and exploring more of the park while hiking.
