This paddle offers some whitewater challenge when river flows are high on the Buffalo National River. The scenery is pleasant, farmlands on the river left and dense hardwood forest and towering bluffs on the river right. Expect class II rapids that may boarder on class III in highwater and be on the lookout for willow thickets that can trap boat.
