Big Trees Trail makes an easy loop along a paved path around the edges of Round Meadow and some of the largest sequoias within Sequoia National Park. There are several interpretive stations along the trail explaining the areas ecology. Wildlife in the area include deers and bear, which are often sighted feeding in the meadow. The trailhead begins and ends at the parking lot across from Big Tree Museum, make sure to check it out on the way back.
