Lafayette Reservoir is a small reservoir which lies in the grassy hills and woodlands of the city of Lafayette. The reservoir is a popular recreational area used for hiking, fishing, and of course boating. Motorized boats are not allowed on the water, making this a calm lake great for paddle boats. There is no ramp access to the lake, therefore, boats must be carried to the launching docks. If you are in need of a boat, rentals are available on site.
