Conveniently located between San Jose and Santa Cruz, Lexington Reservoir sits in the Santa Cruz Mountains surrounded by steep hillsides blanketed by forests. This is a popular recreational lake for fishing as well as boating; the lake contains black bass, trout, bluegill, and crappie. The park prohibits lake access between 8am and 30 minutes before sunset. Swimming and motorized boats are prohibited.
